All students will begin with a standalone hour introductory lesson, which will consist of 20 mins minutes of meet/greet & discussion, followed by 40 minutes of instruction. This is billed separately at the current half hour rate ($50 USD). We will talk about your goals, the genres of music you’d like to learn or perform, and come up with a comprehensive plan on how to get there. For voice, I specialize in classical, musical theater, and CCM (Contemporary Commercial Music — pop, rock, indie, alternative, etc). I also offer repertoire and sight singing coaching if you need help prior to an audition. For piano, I am available for beginner/intermediate, ages 8+!

Currently all voice and piano lessons are online only due to the COVID-19 pandemic and an effort to increase accessibility to music lessons for every kind of student and scheduling need. With online lessons, students are able to find the teacher that works best for them from the comfort of their own homes (or cars, perhaps outside, wherever!). Students are able to pick a weekly or fortnightly time with room for skipping weeks/rescheduling. Scheduling as you go is also accommodated if needed. Lessons are sold individually or in prepaid “packages” which can be scheduled as you please, however there are no refunds for unused lessons in a package. The most common package for adults is two fortnightly hour lessons for $200, which essentially works out month to month when a lesson occurs every other week/twice monthly. Current studio rates are $50 a half hour, $75 for 45 minutes, and $100 an hour (subject to change yearly to keep up with cost of living).

All students have access to a studio Google Drive folder with lots of worksheets, technique sheets, fun songs, and practice recordings! Each student will also have their own individual Google Drive folder, where I will put recordings of their lessons, sheet music, and anything pertinent specifically to them. I also have a youtube, tiktok, and instagram, where I make frequent voice related content. I aim to give students many practice resources for practicing! Students will also have a direct line of communication with me, so I can easily answer musical or scheduling questions. My aim is to facilitate a compassionate relationship that empowers the student to reach their musical and personal goals. 🎶
